Robbery of an Irish M.P.—On Friday, at the Westminster Police Court, London, Richard Dillon Boylan, son of the late Patrick Boylan, of Grafton Street, Dublin, was finally examined, charged with stealing various articles belonging to Captain Stacpoole, M.P. for Ennis County Clare at Cupola House, Carlyle Square, Chelsea. In consequence of his being imprisoned for assaulting a former landlady, Mr. Malley took possession of Cupola House. On the arrival of Captain and Mrs. Stacpoole in town the property was missing. The prisoner entered in a long harangue as to his former position. He had, he said, been presented to the Queen and Prince Albert by the Lord Lieutenant on the occasion of the visit of her Majesty to Dublin, and he produced numerous testimonials from Lord Beresford and others
